NWEA is a research-based, not-for-profit organization that supports students and educators worldwide by creating assessment solutions that precisely measure growth and proficiency—and provide insights to help tailor instruction.

The goal of our relationship is to create organizational and product change within NWEA to impact the landscape of education. From an execution standpoint, we focused on using Agile training internally to NWEA, as well human-centered design to address technical debt and the dated software products of internal employees.

We started with a series of design sprints and workshops,After a blue-sky, long-term vision was established, we moved onto mapping product cycles and Agile work streams for re-designing internal software products. I worked hand-in-hand with various NWEA employees with various skills, experience and responsibilities to build a new product from scratch to handle the future workflows.

Due to current NDAs and sensitivity of the client, I currently cannot show any images or work pertaining to my involvement.
